CAN I USE MY TICKET FOR BOTH EVENT DAYS

Each event day will require a seperate ticket. If you have purchased a ticket for Saturday 25th it will not gain you entry to the Sunday 26th event and visa versa

HOW DO I USE MY E-TICKET

Please print your eTickets ready to show at the entrance gate. You cannot duplicate tickets. Every ticket is individual and can only be used once. Once the first person checks in, the ticket ID will be invalid for entry. Everyone who you are holding tickets for should be present as a group on entry.

I CANT FIND MY E-TICKET

Don’t Panic! Before you message us please check Spam/Promo/Junk folders.  The email with tickets has Isle Fest in the Subject Line. Search for Isle Fest tickets. If you still can’t find them please enter the email address you booked them with at:

www.trybooking.com/uk/lost-tickets

DO WE STILL NEED TO ORDER A TICKET FOR OUR UNDER 5’s EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FREE OF CHARGE

Under 5's can come free, but the number of under 5's are limited. So you must 'purchase' the free tickets when you order adult tickets, and the under 5's will only be allowed entry on production of a valid ticket and (if requested) proof of age

I HAVE AN EARLYBIRD TICKET WHAT DO I NEED TO DO

Please queue with the other festival goers and produce your tickets at check in. You must ensure you have your 2 part ticket intact. You will see the signposted ticket lane to get into.

ITS FESTIVAL DAY AND I CANT FIND MY TICKETS

If it’s the festival day and you don’t have your tickets please go to :

www.trybooking.com/uk/lost-tickets where our online ticket seller can assist you. Isle Fest do not have access to online ticket queries. There is a ‘last ditch’ lifeline available at the festival gates. We will usually be able to check you in manually (without the barcodes on your tickets) providing we can find your booking on the system. We may need to ask you security questions, such as the email you purchased the tickets with, your password or last 4 digits of the card you paid with to confirm the booking. Everyone who you are holding tickets for should be present if you do this.

I’M HAVING PROBLEMS BOOKING MY TICKET ONLINE

Isle Fest do not run the ticket booking process. For all ticketing issues please visit the ticketing companies main website. www.trybooking.co.uk/HPP or www.trybooking.com/uk/lost-tickets

CAN I GET A REFUND

Sorry, tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. Please make sure you are available to attend your chosen festival date before purchasing.

No tickets will be allowed to be sold on social media sites or any commercial selling sites, such as eBay. This is due to the fact that each allocated eTicket has the name and address of the purchaser.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE ON THE DAY

Tickets for both festival days at Isle Fest are limited in number and will be sold on a first come first served basis. We envisage tickets to sell quickly and no tickets will be available on the day and at the gate.

If you need to take medication regularly remember to bring it and let your friends know of any illness or allergies you may have.

Medication

If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it's not easily recognisable. Please be understanding if we question you about any medication you bring with you to the festival as it is important to prevent illegal drugs and so called 'legal highs' being brought into the festival site.

In such circumstances the Police will be called and you may be arrested. Please note that all ‘legal highs’ including nitrous oxide are also prohibited.

Do not attempt to bring in illegal substances as you risk a very strong chance of being caught with searches taking place.

Please respect others. Anti social behaviour could lead to being removed from site. Why ruin the night / day for yourself and other people. Let’s all enjoy the 2 festival events so we can continue to host them every year.
